The Guardian has recently been releasing video’s like this, they have been getting on the bandwagon of the Buzzfeed style video, which has become a large source of News for younger people, this has a lot of click-baiting and this video in particular is rather pointless, It’s like a failed go at being VICE but they haven’t realised that the VICE presenters are the same as the audience they are trying to promote to. Well done Guardian for trying to get onto our screens, you need to find somewhere else to video about, perhaps Latitude.

My fear of kerning has led me to try and get better at it, understanding kerning is important when trying to communicate clearly.
Kerning upside down was interesting, as Gestalt psychology explains we see words as words not letters or shapes, but as a whole, making it harder to examine detail, maybe I could use the idea of upside down type to communicate this.
